Flowers by Jennifer Florence provides bespoke floristry for weddings, funerals, businesses and other occasions.

Our flowers are generally made to order and created individually according to the requirements discussed and agreed with each customer.

Submitting an enquiry through this website does not create a booking or contract.

A booking is only confirmed once the details and price have been agreed and any required deposit or payment has been received.

Enquiries and Quotations

Customers can submit an enquiry through the website providing information about their occasion, requirements and approximate budget.

We may contact you to discuss your requirements before providing a quotation.

Unless stated otherwise, quotations are provided based on the information available at the time and may change if the requirements, quantities, delivery arrangements or other details change.

A quotation does not guarantee availability until the booking has been confirmed.

Bespoke and Seasonal Flowers

Floristry is a seasonal and natural product.

Specific flower varieties, colours and availability can vary according to season, growing conditions and supplier availability.

Where a particular flower or material becomes unavailable, Jennifer may use an appropriate alternative of similar style, quality or value while aiming to maintain the overall agreed appearance and character of the arrangement.

Because arrangements are individually created using natural materials, the finished flowers may not be identical to photographs, examples or inspiration images.

Prices and Payment

Prices are agreed individually according to the requirements of each commission.

Any applicable delivery or additional charges will be communicated before the booking is confirmed.

Where a deposit or advance payment is required, the amount and payment schedule will be communicated as part of the quotation or booking process.

The customer is responsible for ensuring payments are made by the agreed dates.

Changes to a Booking

If you need to change your requirements after confirming a booking, please contact Jennifer as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes, but changes are subject to availability and may affect the final price.

Significant changes to quantities, designs, dates, locations or requirements may require a revised quotation.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel a confirmed booking, please contact Jennifer as soon as possible.

The treatment of deposits, advance payments and cancellation charges may depend on the nature of the commission, how close the cancellation is to the agreed date, and whether flowers, materials or other services have already been ordered or committed to.

Any specific cancellation terms applicable to a larger commission, including wedding or corporate floristry, will be communicated as part of the quotation or booking process.

Nothing in these terms affects any rights you may have under applicable UK consumer law.

Delivery and Collection

Delivery availability and charges depend on the location, date and requirements of the commission and will be agreed before the booking is confirmed.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring that someone is available to receive the flowers where this has been agreed.

If delivery cannot be completed because the information provided was incorrect or there was no appropriate person or safe location available to receive the flowers, additional delivery arrangements and charges may be required.

Weddings and Events

Wedding and event floristry may involve additional arrangements relating to venue access, delivery, installation, collection, timings and changes to requirements.

These details will be agreed with the customer where relevant as part of the individual quotation and booking process.

Funeral Flowers

We understand that funeral arrangements can be particularly time-sensitive.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the funeral date, time, location and funeral director where applicable.

Jennifer will work with customers to agree suitable delivery or collection arrangements.

Photographs

Flowers by Jennifer Florence may photograph completed floral work for portfolio, website or social media purposes.

We will not intentionally publish personal information about customers without permission.

If you would prefer your commission not to be photographed or shared, please let Jennifer know.

However, floral availability, services and other information may change from time to time.
